This MASTER SALES AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) sets forth the terms and conditions under which PakEnergy, LLC (“PakEnergy”) will provide the products and services set forth in an Order Form (“Order Form”) executed by PakEnergy and the entity signing the Order Form as “Customer.” This Agreement, together with the Order Form, is effective as of the date the applicable Order Form is executed (the “Effective Date”) and constitutes a binding agreement between PakEnergy and Customer. PakEnergy and Customer may be collectively referred to below as the “Parties” or, individually, as a “Party.”
