This Task Work Order describes the proposed scope of work for providing engineering services by Metric Engineering, Inc. (Metric) to the City of Panama City. Metric will prepare complete signed and sealed plans to reconstruct Harrison Avenue from Government Street to the south side of 4th Street, a length of 0.21 mile (1,086 feet). Reconstruction including 100-feet, east and west of Harrison Avenue, along Government Street, Beach Drive and Oak Avenue. The reconstruction design will be based upon the concept plans which have been provided by the City of Panama City in .dwg format. Typical Sections (drawings) will be provided by the City to include in the plans.
