This Amendment Library Operations and Management Services Agreement (this "Agreement") is made, entered into and effective as of the day November 2020 (the "Amendment Effective Date"), by and between the City of Leander, Texas, a home- rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and Library Systems & Services, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company ("LS&S"). The City and LS&S are sometimes referred to herein collective ly as the "Parties."
