Charter schools operate with expanded autonomy in exchange for increased accountability. A charter school organizer that seeksis held accountable to operate in a manner that differs from the terms and conditionslanguage set forth in its fully executed Charter Agreement (including the Exhibits incorporated therein), must either request an amendment to the Charter Agreementapproved initial or notify the Indiana Charter School Board (“Indiana Charter Board”) in accordance with the guidelines renewal charter application, which becomes part of the school’s charter. A revision is a change to the school design as set forth below.
