On July 1, 2019, the Milwaukee Board of School Directors and Durham School Services, LP (“Contractor”) entered into a Professional Services Blanket Contract number C028773 (“Contract”) with a term of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. The Contract, (¶ 2), provided for two additional one-year extensions upon mutual written consent of the parties. The first extension (“Year 2”) was issued and ran from July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. The parties now mutually agree to extend the Contract for the second one-year term.
