This Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) is entered into this August , 2021, between Civitas Education Partners, LLC (“CEP”), Civitas Schools, LLC, and Quest Management, LLC (the “Employer”) and the Chicago Teachers Union (the “Union”) (collectively, the “Parties”).
