THIS AGREEMENT is by and between TOWN OF WILLISTON, a municipality located in Chittenden Country, Vermont (hereinafter “Landlord”), and ALL METALS RECYCLING, INC., a Vermont corporation with a principal place of business in Morrisville, Vermont, (hereinafter “Tenant”).
