Payment terms: A 50% deposit is required for all rentals and reservations. For seasonals, the deposit is due by March 15th, (less any prior deposit) with the balance due on arrival or no later than July 15th. For short term rentals, the deposit is due immediately with a credit card, or by check or cash within 7 days of the confirmed request, with the balance due on arrival. For other payment arrangements please contact us. All deposits and costs are non-returnable unless written notice is provided 30 days in advance of the due date. This contract is valid for the dates specified.
