This Equipment Housing License Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by the municipal entity (“City”) and the Google Fiber North Carolina, LLC (“Licensee”) identified on the signature page of this Agreement. City and Licensee agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Collectively, City and Licensee may be referred to herein as the “Parties”.
