This Letter of Agreement (Agreement) is between CareOregon, Inc. (CareOregon) and Tillamook County Health Department (“Provider”) for the period of July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, unless otherwise terminated as stipulated herein, and sets forth the understandings and commitments concerning funding and administration of the Dental Program Dental Care Organizations Support (“Program”). For purposes of this Agreement, CareOregon and Provider may each be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectivelyas the “Parties”.
