This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions of appointment by the University of North Carolina Hospitals (“UNC Hospitals”) of the undersigned Resident as a member of UNC Hospitals’ Resident Staff. For purposes of this Agreement, a resident is defined as any specialty or subspecialty physician in an approved Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (“ACGME”) or American Dental Association (“ADA”) training program (“Program”) that is sponsored or co-sponsored by UNC Hospitals.
