This Agreement governs Online Banking Bill Pay offered by IU Credit Union (Credit Union), through FIS Metavante Corporation (Bill Pay Service). By using your Online Banking password you will authorize the Bill Pay Service to make payments on your behalf to others from your Credit Union checking account via Online Banking. By having access to and/or using the Online Banking Bill Pay, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, the Credit Union's Membership & Account Agreement, Online Banking Agreement and Disclosure
