These Terms and Conditions apply (i) to all quotations issued and purchase orders accepted by Insitu, Inc. (“Insitu” or “Seller”); and (ii) whether or not they are enclosed with the Products and Professional Services sold hereunder. No terms and conditions other than these Terms and Conditions shall be binding upon Insitu unless accepted by Insitu in writing.
