THIRD AMENDMENT TO THE DEVELOPMENT OBJECTIVE GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVADevelopment Objective Grant Agreement • July 9th, 2018
This third amendment (the “Third Amendment”) to the USAID Development Objective Grant Agreement for Increased Trade and Investment in Targeted Sectors, dated September 28, 2016 (as amended, the “Agreement”), is hereby entered into between USAID and the Grantee (together, the “Parties”) in order to add Seventeen Million, Six Hundred and Twenty Two Thousand United States (“U.S.”) Dollars ($17,622,000) in incremental Grant funding; and amend the Financial Plan. This incremental addition of funds brings the total funds obligated to date under the Agreement to an amount not to exceed Thirty Million, Seven Hundred Seventy Nine Thousand and Four Hundred Seventy Six U.S. Dollars ($30,779,476).
