<FULL/LEGAL VENDOR NAME> (henceforth <VENDOR NAME>) agrees to abide by the restrictions on data from Foothill-De Anza (FHDA) as set forth in the terms described throughout this document. Officers, employees, and agents of <VENDOR NAME> that receive data from FHDA may use the data, but only for the purposes for which the disclosure was made. This Agreement shall terminate as of the date that <VENDOR NAME> returns or destroys the FHDA data to FHDA.
