This Interconnection and Reciprocal Compensation Agreement for the exchange of Telecommunications Traffic between carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), by and between LaValle Telephone Cooperative, Inc. (“LAVALLE”), a Wisconsin Corporation, with its principal office at 108 West Main Street, P.O. Box 28, LaValle, Wisconsin 53941 and United States Cellular Corporation (“USCC”), a Delaware corporation , with its principal office at 8410 West Bryn Mawr, Chicago, IL 60631-3486 . LAVALLE and USCC are referred to herein individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
