In accordance with the Land Development Regulations of Jupiter Island, Article IV, Section 3.06(2)(a), I grant by this agreement my pennission as an adjoining property owner to allow the fence or wall placement to occur within the three (3) foot setback requirement from the common property line or placement on the common property line. As owner of the adjoining property, I do hereby agree to the placement of the fence or wall within the three (3) foot setback requirement or as agreed to by the adjoining property owner(s). See attached site plan (Exhibit "A").
