This Nondisclosure Agreement(this“Agreement”) is entered into by Supplier for the benefit of Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company, Inc. and each of its affiliates. In connection with Supplier's provision of products or services to Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company, Supplier may receive information relating to Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company operations and businesses. Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company and Supplier would like to protect the confidentiality of, maintain Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company’s rights in, and prevent the unauthorized use and disclosure of, such information. Accordingly, Green Earth Commercial Contracting Company and Supplier agree as follows.
