This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of September 12, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), between Citrix Communications LLC (“Citrix”), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 499 Washington Blvd., Suite 1401, Jersey City, NJ 07310 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 125 High Street - Oliver Tower, 7th Floor, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Citrix may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
