This Participation Agreement, as the same may from time to time be amended or supplemented, (the “Agreement”), is effective as of the date set forth on the signature page by and between the authorized fiduciary executing this Agreement (the “Investing Fiduciary”) on behalf of the employee benefit plan and trust identified on the signature page hereof (the “Qualified Investor”) and State Street Global Advisors Trust Company (“State Street”), in its capacity as (i) trustee (“Trustee”) of the State Street Global Advisors Trust Company Investment Funds for Tax Exempt Retirement Plans (“Collective Trust”), and (ii) investment manager (“Investment Manager”) of certain assets of the Qualified Investor to be invested from time to time in the Collective Trust.
