This Agreement is entered into between Forethought Life Insurance Company, an Indiana life insurance company having its principal office at 300 N. Meridian Street, Suite 1800, Indianapolis, Indiana 46204 (hereinafter referred to as “Company,” “us,” “we,” or “our”), and the Independent Marketing Organization, General Agent, Agency or Agent identified in the Appointment Data and Information section of this Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “Agent”, “you” or “your”).
