This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made as of , 2015 between The County Board of Arlington County, Virginia, a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Virginia, whose principal place of business is 2100 Clarendon Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22201 (“Licensor” or the “County Board”), and Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless, a Delaware general partnership, whose principal place of business is One Verizon Way, Mail Stop 4AW100, Basking Ridge, NJ 07920 (telephone number 866-862-4404) (“Licensee”). Licensor and Licensee are at times collectively referred to hereinafter as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
