THIS DIVISION TRANSIT PROJECT DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION SERVICES AGREEMENT ("Agreement") is between the TRI-COUNTY METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION DISTRICT OF OREGON ("TriMet") and the CITY OF PORTLAND ("City);" (collectively hereinafter referred to as "the Parties"), effective this day of ______ day ___________________________ (“Effective Date”).
