The purpose of this Collective Agreement is to define the conditions of employment of those UNION employees covered by this Collective Agreement, and to provide a prompt and amicable method of resolving any and all differences arising from the interpretation, application, administration or alleged violation of the Collective Agreement without loss of efficiency, unnecessary expense, or interruption of work.
