THIS AGREEMENT by and between the City of Corpus Christi-Nueces County Public Health District (Nueces County), a political subdivision of the State of Texas (hereinafter referred to as the “Health District”), and AMISTAD COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, non-profit corporation (hereinafter referred to as “AMISTAD” or “Contractor”), is entered into and effective as of the 3rd day of August, 2020 and shall continue for a period of five months until December 30, 2020 subject to two (2) potential six-month extensions as set out herein.
