The attached Contract Agreement having been approved, notice is hereby given to PHATTON PHlLS. CONSTRUCTION CORP., that work may proceed on the project for the "Supply of Labor and Materials for the Construction, Rehabilitation and Restoration of Comfort Rooms at Basement, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors of Gold Building-Negotiated", effective after Three (3) calendar days from receipt of this Notice to Proceed. Upon receipt of this notice, you are responsible for performing the services under the terms and conditions of the Agreement and in accordance with the Implementation Schedule.
