NONREIMBURSABLE SPACE ACT UMBRELLA AGREEMENT BETWEENNonreimbursable Space Act Umbrella Agreement • December 5th, 2023
This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement” or “Umbrella Agreement”) shall be for the purpose of NASA JSC and Texas Woman’s University (TWU) would like to partner in order to enable collaborative research and educational activities in STEM fields (e.g., dietetic student experience). This collaborative partnership will provide a formal opportunity for TWU students and NASA JSC to build and share knowledge during a multi-week student experience in the Nutritional Biochemistry Lab at NASA JSC. Student may participate in a variety of events such as seminars, student presentations and discussions regarding advances in human health and performance fields. The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Annex”) concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement.
