Bulk Infrastructure Group AS Application Agreement(Senior Unsecured Green Tap Issue) Arctic Securities AS Nordea Bank Abp, filial i Norge 18 June 2024 General Information: Bulk Infrastructure Group AS (the “Company”), intends to issue senior unsecured green bonds in the minimum issue amount of NOK 500 million in a bond tap issue (the "Tap Issue") under "Bulk Infrastructure AS 22/26 FRN FLOOR C" (ISIN NO0012701269) (the “Bond Issue”). The Tap Issue will be offered through a private placement directed towards investors in accordance with the selling and transfer restrictions included in Exhibit I hereto (the “Private Placement”). The nominal amount of the bonds to be issued (the “Bonds”) will be NOK 1,000,000. The minimum subscription and allotment amount will be NOK 2,000,000, but in no event less than the NOK equivalent of EUR 100,000.
