These TOS set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of this website or app and all related Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to the terms of the TOS, and represent that you: (1) have read and understood the terms; (2) agree to use the Services in compliance with the TOS, all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations, the academic rules or policies of your Institution (as defined in Section 4), and, if applicable, the terms of service of any Third-Party Service (as defined in Section 10); and (3) are an Authorized User (as defined in Section 5). You may not use the Services if you do not agree with the TOS or if you are not an Authorized User.
