This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is entered into as of , 2012, (“Effective Date”), by and between the Board of Trustees of the Sacramento City Unified School District (“District”) and California Montessori Project (“Non-Profit”), a California non-profit public benefit corporation, operating California Montessori Project Capitol Campus Charter School (“Charter School”), a public charter school chartered by the District. The District, the Non-Profit and the Charter School are collectively referred to as the “Parties.” This Agreement will set forth the responsibilities of the Parties with respect to the delivery and financing of special education services to children enrolled in the Charter School.
