THIS CONTRACT is made and entered into this date , by and between Crown Technical Systems, a corporation, whose address is 13470 Philadelphia Ave, Fontana, CA 92337, hereinafter referred to as "Supplier," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager or his duly authorized designee.
