Renewal Notice: This Agreement will renew automatically on a monthly basis, unless this Agreement is a prepaid agreement. Prepaid Agreements will expire after initial term is completed. Crunch Fitness reserves the right to change the amount of dues and charges payable hereunder at any time after the end of the Initial Term. Renewal may be cancelled at any time provided a 10-day written notice is delivered to the club’s address. The termination will be effective at the end of the Paid Period, and you may continue to use the facility during the Paid Period. Crunch Amherst shall not charge your credit card or initiate any EFT payments, which are scheduled to occur more than ten (10) days after the termination notice is received by Crunch Amherst. If the termination cannot be processed prior to the scheduled date of the charge or transfer, Crunch Amherst shall refund the debited amount.
