The Health and Human Services Commission (“HHSC” or “System Agency”) and El Paso MHMR dba Emergence Health Network (“Grantee”), which are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” to that certain Mental Health/Suicide Care Pilot Project (“MH/SCPP”) contract effective April 16, 2020 and denominated HHSC Contract No. HHS000727000001 (the “Contract”), now desire to amend the Contract.
