This Agreement outlines the responsibilities and requirements of contractors who wish to participate in the Residential Energy Efficiency Products – HPWH Program, hereinafter referred to as “the program”, offered by The Potomac Edison Company (hereafter “Potomac Edison”). Except where otherwise noted in this document, “FE MD Utility” and or the “Utility” refer to Potomac Edison, FirstEnergy’s Maryland utility. The term “participating contractor” refers to the contractor specifically bound as a signatory to this Agreement. The “implementing contractor” refers to Honeywell Utility Solutions.
