The majority of orders under this Agreement are expected to be small (between $2,001 and$100,000 each); however, individual orders as large as $1,000,000 in value are possible. Each BOA will be for a 12-month base period and up to two, 12-month option periods. The total value of work to be ordered under this BOA shall not exceed $4,000,000 per firm for the Agreement lifecycle.
