NOT CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF SELLER’S TERMS AND CONDITIONS. No change, modification or revision of this order shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Buyer’s duly authorized purchasing representative, or company officer. Seller’s failure on order acceptance within 14 days will entitle Buyer to cancellation. Buyer in this context construe “Vishay Intertechnology purchasing representative or the end user of the product under discussion”.
