This Viewing Professional Services Contract (this “Agreement”) is made effective , 2020 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Bryan Murphy (“Murphy”), Shantel Hecht (“Hecht”) and Larry Murphy (“Larry”) (collectively, the “Viewers”) and Robert Conely (“Robert”), acting through H2Over Viewers, LLC, a Minnesota limited liability company (the “Company”), and the Drainage Authority of Le Sueur – Blue Earth JD 1 (the “Drainage Authority”), for the Redetermination of Benefits and Grass Strip Acquisition for JD 1 (the “Drainage System”).
