This Memorandum of Understanding (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Howard County Board of Education (“BOE”); Howard County Public School System (“HCPSS”); and Howard County Public Schools Educational Foundation, Inc., dba Bright Minds Foundation (“FOUNDATION”), desiring to memorialize the nature of their relationship and set forth their mutual expectations and responsibilities.
