Pursuant to Mr. Flynn’s employment agreement, he receives a base annual salary at a rate that is reviewed at least annually and may be adjusted from time to time by our Compensation Committee. If Mr. Flynn is terminated by the Company for cause, or if he resigns, he is entitled to receive salary earned up to date of termination or resignation.
