THIS AGREEMENT is made by and between TETON COUNTY, a duly organized county of the State of Wyoming, the CITY OF JACKSON, a Wyoming Municipal Corporation, JACKSON HOLE FIRE/EMS, a department of Teton County and the Town of Jackson created by a Joint Power Agreement pursuant to W.S. §16-1-104(b) and 18-2-108, and the TETON VILLAGE FIRE DISTRICT, a special district within Teton County, as authorized by W.S. §35- 9-201.
