This MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Dasher Technologies, Inc. (“Dasher”) and “Client” as defined within the applicable Statement of Work, proposal, or similar instrument (each an “SOW”) referencing this Agreement. This Agreement is effective upon the date of Client’s acceptance of such SOW (the “Effective Date”), whether by issuance of a purchase order, signature, or other manifestation of Client’s assent. Dasher and Client may hereinafter individually be referred to as a “Party” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
