THIS PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT (hereinafter, “Agreement”) is made and entered into this day of 202 (hereinafter, the “Effective Date”) by and between the CITY OF EL MONTE, a municipal corporation (hereinafter, “CITY”) and .
