This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the United States Department of the Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region and the San Joaquin Valley Water Infrastructure Authority (Authority), establishes a cooperative relationship for the purpose of undertaking and completing ongoing feasibility studies, related environmental compliance activities, and funding agreements for the Upper San Joaquin River Basin Storage Investigation (USJRBSI), one of the CALFED Bay-Delta Program Surface Storage Program Feasibility Studies identified in the CALFED Programmatic Record of Decision (August 2000) and study authorizations cited herein.
