This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Matheson-Tri Gas, 6901 Cornhusker Highway, Lincoln, NE 68507 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated February 4, 2020 executed under City Executive Order No. 94028, and County Contract C-20-0046, dated January 28, 2020, and executed by the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on February 11, 2020, for Annual Service – Providing and Delivery of Industrial & Medical Gas, Bid No. 20-001, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
