This Settlement Agreement, dated as of March 8, 2024, is made and entered into by and among the following Parties (as defined below): Michael Lochridge (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of the Settlement Class (as defined below), and Quality Temporary Services, Inc. d/b/a Qualified Staffing (“Defendant” or “Qualified Staffing” and, together with Plaintiff, the “Parties,”), by and through their respective counsel of record. The Settlement Agreement is subject to Court approval and is intended by the Parties to fully, finally, and forever resolve, discharge, and settle the Released Claims (as defined below), upon and subject to the terms and conditions hereof.
