This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between Visual Edge IT, 7649 South 39th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated December 11, 2017 executed under City Resolution No. A-90800, and County Contract C-17-0934, dated December 12, 2017, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on November 14, 2017 , for Annual supply – Cost Per Copy Services, Bid No. 17-199, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
