In consideration for rendering the services of Medical Director under the terms of this Agreement, the Maximum Compensation for the performance of services shall be FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO/100 ($50,000.00). In no case shall the amount paid by County under this Agreement exceed the Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.
