This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on the 13th day of February, 2018 (“Effective Date”) by and between Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, on behalf of itself and its applicable operating affiliates and subsidiaries offering services as identified below, with offices located at One Comcast Center, 1701 JFK Blvd Philadelphia, PA 19103 and The School Board of Duval County, Florida (“Customer”), with offices located at 4019 Boulevard Center Dr., Bldg. 3002A Jacksonville, FL 32207. Herein, the above shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties” and individually as “Party”.
