This Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into and effective upon final execution of this Agreement (the “Effective Date”), by and between TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY-TEXARKANA (hereafter referred to as “A&M-TEXARKANA”), an agency of the State of Texas, and (Consultant Name) (hereafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”). A&M-TEXARKANA and CONSULTANT are sometimes hereafter referred to as “Party” individually or “Parties” collectively).
