This Global Software Referral Agreement is intended for Microsoft Partners who have a competency in Microsoft’s SharePoint Product , and is made and entered into by and between Enterprise Productivity Services and Provider (each, as defined below). The Agreement shall become binding once Provider clicks through the Agreement in the manner provided by Enterprise Productivity Services (the “Effective Date”). Enterprise Productivity Services and Provider are sometimes referred to as a “Party”, and together as the “Parties”.
